1.1. The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all business relationships between:
WE4ALL UG (haftungsbeschränkt)1.2. These GTC apply to both consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).
1.4. These GTC apply in particular to contracts for the delivery of products (Goods) concluded via distance communication (e.g., email, telephone).
2.1. The specific performance obligation and scope are determined exclusively from the Contractor's offer.
2.2. The Contractor is entitled to engage qualified third parties as subcontractors.
3.3. The offer can be accepted within seven (7) days. Payment receipt on the Contractor's account is decisive for timeliness.
3.4. The contract language is exclusively German (even if translated for convenience).
4.1. Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. See the separate Cancellation Policy for details.
5.3. Freight forwarding goods are delivered "curbside" (frei Bordsteinkante).
5.6. For entrepreneurs, risk passes upon handover to the carrier. For consumers, risk passes upon delivery to the customer.
5.11. Self-collection and delivery to automated parcel stations (Packstationen) are not possible.
6.1. Prices are total prices in EURO including statutory VAT.
6.6. Payment methods: Advance Payment (Bank Transfer), PayPal, or (for entrepreneurs) Purchase on Account (14-day term).
7.2. Warranty for consumers: 2 years. For entrepreneurs: 1 year from the transfer of risk.
7.7. Minor material-related deviations (e.g., print orientation) do not constitute a defect.
10.1. The Client guarantees that provided content (images/text) does not infringe third-party rights (copyrights/trademarks).
10.2. The Client shall indemnify the Contractor against all third-party claims arising from such infringements.
12.1. EU platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12.2. The Contractor is not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before an arbitration board.
13.1. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
13.3. Exclusive place of jurisdiction for merchants and legal entities under public law is Berlin, Germany.
